I have tried several other salons. Nowhere else cuts as well as Joe. He understands what I want. That's why I keep going back. The price is reasonable too.

Strands is alwsys welcoming.I arrived early and Joe could start my hair cut early. Joe discussed my cut with me. I was very pleased with the result.
