The lady herself was absolutely lovely, however the actual wax was really bad, I noticed when I got home there's alot me of hairs from the wax that have been missed and a lot of them had not been pulled from the root, I'm now on holiday and have got a very stubbly area and hairs that I've had to pluck myself and shave over because it's visible I'm not to sure how they were even missed, Also no tightening of the skin so it was very painful and she went further than asked which hurt.
