Every member of staff I’ve interacted with has always been so friendly and helpful. Kate has been amazing and makes me feel completely comfortable straight away. I never feel any judgement even when having a Hollywood! They always check with me that the temperature of the hot wax is ok! I love using Brilliant Brazilian as they are always so informative and caring and they’re all so easy to talk to. I would recommend them to anyone!
