This really wasn't a great experience. I cut my hair into a bob during lockdown and wanted to get more of a style with soft layers, to help it grow out naturally. The stylist said she 'couldn't do anything with my hair' because it was too short. (My hair was long enough that I could get it into a small bun.) Really I should have left, so that's on me. She gave me a trim, but it was really disappointing. Never experienced anything like this before. Have since had a great cut elsewhere, for less.
