Came in asking for blonder hair and somehow left with darker hair, also definitely not a balayage (more like highlights and lowlights) as there is no gradient of dark to light which is specifically what I wanted, just really disappointed

So happy with my hair, Tim understood exactly what I wanted! He softened my bangs and gave my hair the shape it needs for my curls to be healthy and defined (without losing too much length). Thanks Tim :)
