This was my first appointment with Storm and I love the highlights they are great. Sadly my experience wasn’t great. Marcy was quite rude to me and didn’t take into consideration what I wanted with my hair cut and wanted to change me extra for something I didn’t want .Sadly I chose to cancel the cut because I lost my confidence especially with reading the other review below. It sounds like Julie is wonderful.but I left feeling a bit upset. I love going to hairdressers this just wasn’t great.

Marcy has absolutely ruined my hair. Both while my hair was dry and wet we agreed how much, visually and repeating 2"s, off, she even showed me a photo of a previous cut she did. After asking why I don't cut my hair so often I said I like to keep it long. There was 0 room for confusion. She cut my hair to my shoulder hacking bits out. It looks like an uneven mushroom mullet. She could see the tears coming and simply said "it will look better with a blow dry I don't always understand English."
