I turned up for my appointment at 6.16 (I checked). My appointment was scheduled for 6.15. The salon had been locked up and lights were out. They clearly had decided to go home early. I needed my hair done for an evening event I was not pleased at all. Very unprofessional

Visiting Wimbledon for my sons wedding. I received great service and left feeling great. My hair was curled and pinned - not something I had even thought about! Left feeling a million dollars and received many compliments through the day. Thank you!

The salon and customer service was brilliant. I wanted a change with my hairstyle and ended up having quite a lot cut off the length. My stylist was not reluctant to give me what I wanted, and more importantly, what my hair needed! (In my experience, sometimes stylists can be a little nervous going for a big change in one appointment!)
