I have been going to Storm hair salon for 12 years as I had my first haircut there and the service is excellent. They provide you with beverages and are incredibly friendly. It is clear that they care immensely for their clients. Tim does my hair and he always tells jokes and makes the haircut interesting and enjoyable. This place is for sure a 5/5
Overall ok. My booking hadn't been recorded properly and the stylist I was due to have had another client. So someone else cut my hair - no idea if it was the same level and price as I had paid - I have a feeling not. Cut and blow dry was ok but perhaps not worth the price paid...
Blow Dry
I left few days passing to digest, I went to the appointment and I asked same color I had on my hair ( before ash blond ), i choose a semi-perm as I got a lot of white hairs and i am getting use to them. the hairdresser seams competent and she made a great job but with the wrong colour... I am natural light brown with a hint of red, and I decide last year to go more blonde as I got a lot of white hair... it cost me £££ last year to arrive to a consistent blonde...and when I told to the hairdresser that it was look like too dark she told me it was because the shop didn't have enough light. as it is a semi-permant colour I am hoping it will fade but I am not happy about it and I feel that this is not what I was looking for.It is too dark for me and I don't know what to do, as I don't wish to come back to the same salon, Had a chat with costumer care and they offer me to go back to the same saloon, something that I don't feel I will do as I am afraid to do another colour treatment on my hair.

A nice bright salon. Lia did a great job and was friendly and welcoming.
Blow Dry
Tim is just awesome. Friendly professional and very patient. Genuinely loves his clients to look great. New junior stylist Sian is a total asset. Highly recommended. Soto has a.team to be proud of. Been going there for over two years and they keep getting better and better
