Had to wait 45mins past my booking time and the person who did my eyebrows absolutely ruined them by making them way too thin - she has fully done one eyebrow and then asked me if I liked it, a bit too late for changing it!!! She didn't understand when I said I wanted either. The person who did my upper lip has literally removed skin from my face! I got back home and the area was very sore and red and now I have horrible burn marks across my face it. Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!
