Adala provided an excellent deep tissue massage for me. She attended to the deep knots in my muscles with attention and good pressure. Adala checked with me and varied the pressure throughout. I also had some relaxing work on the face and head, which balanced the work on the body. I very much appreciated the time and attention from Adala, who is a very likeable, kind and caring massage therapist. I would definitely recommend.
