The facial was incredibly relaxing and I felt the light therapies really boosted my skin from the inside out - and reduced puffiness in my face and eye area. Friends commented on how rejuvenated my skin seemed afterwards and I felt like it had an extra boost and glow which was fantastic.
The massages are always amazing and feel restorative for mind as well as muscles!
A really great experience and will definitely be back.
