Fantastic experience from start to end. There was a really friendly and helpful girl on reception and I didn't have to wait long for my appointment to begin. Steven was really friendly, listening to everything I said I did and didn't want and advised on what would be best for my hair.The head massage during the wash was a lovely touch too. The haircut itself was so good - Steven is really precise making sure every hair is cut to the exact, correct length, constantly comparing and measuring, resulting in the best cut I have had in a long time. I thought this was going to be a one off but I will be back for sure! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone.
