For the 13+ years I've been to get my hair cut & coloured with Steven, I can't think of a single visit where he hasn't got it bang on! Through my vague vision of what I'd like - whether that be a refresh or a complete hair transformation - & without knowing the words to communicate that, Steven still manages to not only understand, but know what would suit me best & nail it every time.
