It was difficult to book an appointment. I was told someone would call back but they didn't. Second attempt I made a temporary arrangement and was told it would be confirmed.... it wasn't. Rang up on the day to confirm the appointment...it was confirmed. It was a lovely place. The therapist was more like a doctor. He discussed my diet and my lifestyle. He was nice. I felt comfortable. The massage was fabulous but I wish I had longer. It was a little rushed, as I was late to my appointment. It was an interesting and pleasurable experience. I was grateful for the advice.
This place is convenient to Clapham Junction, being a 5-10 minute walk away. Really clean and contemporary venue with relaxing ambience. Tried the Reiki as I have recently come out of hospital. Therapist was lovely and warm and I felt very comfortable. The Reiki itself was extremely relaxing and it is suggested to have more sessions to get the most benefit but not sure if I would try again. I would highly recommend though and might return to try something else.
Stepping stones provide an excellent service. Their customer service is 100% - both from reception staff and therapist. I even received a reminder call the day before the treatment.
The facilities in this spa are simple but more than sufficient and the Swedish massage I received was excellent. The therapist is most professional and the massage left me feeling relaxed and unknotted.
I'd highly recommend Stepping Stones.
The staff were friendly when you come in. The place is nice and quite. Very good atmosphere. The therapist was very well educated and did a great job. She also gave me some advice regarding my back, which was very kind of her. Overall the entire experience was fantastic.
I really enjoyed the reiki session- the therapist is just fantastic! I cried throughout the session, but it was good- i released a lot of the tension i had and it really helped me feeling more at peace with myself. The place looks great and staff are really nice. Give it a try!
