Steph is always very friendly and welcoming. The salon is warm (comfortable for the winter weather) and clean. My fringe trim was on time, efficient and is exactly what I wanted. I always come to Steph’s for my haircuts since finding.

All together I had a mixed experience. I am not very happy with my cut, I asked for more volume and instead I feel like it is even less than before. The length is fine but again the cut is not what I expected. I am aware I booked only Wash & Cut but I had to ask twice to dry completely my hair as it had 0 degrees outside. The hairdresser was friendly and maybe other clients are happier with their result. For me it was not the right place to go.
