I had shelled removed by filing it off. Having had shellac for 3 years now I've never had it removed in this way. It's ruined my nails now they have all broken and split. That and she never spoke more than 3 words to me, made it an uncomfortable experience.

Really quick and efficient! Unfortunately, there isn't anywhere to park a bike outside the salon which would be handy addition.
