The ambience, cleanliness and the attitude of the person doing was all very good. She made sure I was comfortable before waxing me. However, the quality of the wax that was being used could have been better also I did notice that she did waxed me too fast and left quite a lot broken hair behind which could have been avoided if they had used better quality wax and had been a bit more patient.
