The eyelash tint did not really take, I suspect because my eyes were not wiped clean first. Disappointed, but then I guess you get what you pay for.
The staff were very good however about fitting me in even though I arrived late due to going to the wrong station.

The facial was basic, I felt that a steam could have been carried out before the extraction.
