Quick & easy to book, no nonsense salon. Could do with some music/magazines perhaps to lift the atmosphere. The owner however is very friendly and did a good job with my hair.

I can only describe my experience at Steph’s as half-hearted. I was looking forward to having my hair washed - it was very poor. Two shampoos which were very short and again, with no enthusiasm at all. I was left very disappointed with that part.
The haircut itself - a trim with a few layers - was done quickly and without any real precision or care taken. My (curly) hair was then just blow dried without any attempt at taming the curls which meant I left the salon with frizzy, slightly damp hair. I understand that my £18 treatwell voucher was for a wash and cut, but in any professional hairdressers I would expect at least an attempt to dry my hair properly before I go outside in the freezing cold.
Would never go back here.

Men's Haircut
Staff were nice and the method of nail extensions used was much better for natural nails ( e.g no nail machine used like in many chinese salons instead only hand files) . The only thing is for some reason the gel applied doesnt last very long and after one week you see the edges getting chipped off. Also quiet pricey- 35 pounds for french nails that last about a week :(
