I booked an appointment for yesterday the 1st of April at 6:10pm which was the time slot available on Treatwell. I arrived to find the salon shut, I was given no prior notice that they would be closed at that time or that my booking is not valid. However checking the opening times on their window, it even said on there that they should be open till 7pm... a waste of an evening, just like clients should give notice if they cant make it, the salon should let clients know if they need to close early... so i went and booked an appointment with another salon near by.

Steph who usually does my hair left me in the capable hands of Oana. She was really nice and is an excellent hairdresser. The radio was on in the background, which I like. I was very happy with my colour, cut and blow dry.

The highlights did not come out as expected, I asked for very light and from the roots and she started about 2 inches from my roots and gave me orange highlights. To top it off, they both started drying my hair and brushing it very roughly without even trying to set angle it first, my hair is very long. Very rushed and waste of money.
