The therapist was very friendly but the haircut wasn't all that. Very cheap and good for last minute availability.

I had my usual colour, cut & blow dry with Steph, who is a fabulous hairdresser with excellent customer care. Feeling warm, I appreciated her opening the back door to get a breeze and the offer of a fan. I liked having the radio on and their choice of station. Steph explained that she had slowing been increasing her prices over the last six months so not to put a large cost on her customers all in one go. I thought that was really nice of her. I had mentioned a price difference in my last review, so this was now explained. Having something different done in my next appointment so looking forward to that.
