The lady who did my waxing didn’t use gloves nor did she wash her hands. Having done a wax before I know using strips isn’t recommended and she left me with two ingrown hair which is very painful. The store was not very peaceful and there was hair and pubes from other customers in the treatment room...I won’t be going back...

My first time visiting this salon. The hairdresser (think her name was dionne) did a brilliant job on the colour. I've never allowed anyone to colour my hair except my sister (who is a hairdresser) before so I was very wary. But she did a great job and after a week of washing my hair it just keeps looking better. The haircut and styling was very basic and the atmosphere could have been more comfortable. overall the communication wasn't great and I didn't feel like my options were being heard but the colour was fantastic! x
