I booked a 1hr 15min restyle. I arrived and had to wait for the stylist to unwrap herself from her boyfriend who she kissing and grinding on. Her boyfriend was chatting to her throughout the cut which was distracting to both her and me; she was giggling and flirting constantly which felt unprofessional. The boyfriend then started vaping next to me whilst chatting to her, although he stopped when I asked him to. Overall I was out the door in 35 minutes, far shorter than the 1hr 15 I'd paid for.

The lady who cut my hair was lovely and made effort to provide good service, however the actual salon and haircut itself were unsatisfactory (I'm afraid to say but an honest feedback). I asked for long layers but the cut was super quick and very choppy.
