i get why it's so cheap. really really bad highlights. my hair is bright orange, stripey, patchy, uneven, not down to the root. I wouldn't trust them to fix it, so a total waste of money. I knew it was going to be bad as soon as the stylist started putting bleach on my hair without even asking me what kind of highlights I wanted?! I've genuinely never had highlights as bad is this before, including when i used home kits as a teenager. avoid!!!

I received punctual and friendly attention. My hairdresser took time and care in cutting my hair. I am very pleased with the result.
