Lady barely spoke any English and cut my hair in a different style of what I have asked for. As I asked for it to be straight she had to cut extra hair hence the haircut came unbelievably short. She also cut most of my ends and now I have an unbelievably light end to my haircut which is not what I have asked for. As I have already visited this shop 3 times before now, I am extremely disappointed. I was getting the haircut for my birthday which is tomorrow and bow everything is ruined.
