Steph was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I haven’t had my hair cut and coloured in a few years and she took extra time, effort and care to make sure I knew exactly what was happening at each stage and also talk me through the different options before we started.
I initially opted for a half head of highlights when booking but after chatting with Steph and some images of what I wished for she suggested another option.
My hair looks amazing and I had the complete works, thank you Steph!

Stephanie was really attentive to what I was there for and went straight to the cut. She also seemed super easygoing and made me feel much more comfortable by talking to me the entire time. I was also happy with my fringe cut, and it was cheaper than a lot of the other places too, so was defo worth it!

The atmosphere was really unfriendly, felt really awkward. The lady that cut my hair barely spoke to me.
The cut itself was really bad, had to rebook it and get it fixed. I’ve asked for a trim and a long fringe and it was not blended at all, looked like there was no effort put into it.

a really nice experience, this was the first time i had been here but i was made to feel welcome straight away. the ladies were all very sweet and attentive, my hair was cut well and everything went smoothly. they will now be my new hairdressers :-)
