I am happy with my lash lift however I would have appreciated a little bit of explanation about the treatment before it began since it was my first time getting one. I think the salon could benefit in general from better communication as I noticed a few of the clientele getting their wires crossed with the staff.

unfortunately this lash lift was not very good. there was not enough tint used on my lashes therefore it is a waste of time. they are not lifted enough either, I am very disappointed.
