Sevda is amazing. I went in for a deep tissue massage because my back and shoulders were aching. She identified the reason for the pain and warned me that deep tissue massages wouldn’t fix the issue, strength training would. She gave me a fantastic massage to temporarily relieve the pain, and exercises to strengthen my shoulders, instead of encouraging me to come for more massages to maybe fix my shoulders. It’s great to work with people who don’t try to sell you things you don’t need!
