Dreadful customer service! No interaction or chat. I played on phone whilst pedicure being done. Would never go back!

Not ok. Possibly the worst massage I’ve ever had. The pressure felt like torture and she kept banging my head with the palm of her hand. There was no routine. At the start, there was no introduction or over the towel pressure testing. Then at the end she just tapped me (hard) on the back and said “I’m done” and I had to ask her to wipe the oil off my back. She used the tissue from under my head. She also massaged (?) my arms similar to how my mum would apply suncream when she’d lost her patience. It hurt!
The pedicure was slightly better, although I’d expect the hard skin on my heel to be razored (?) off. Instead I just had scrub. There was also a child I didn’t know standing and staring, then a woman and a baby came over and were watching. i also had to ask for a base coat of nail varnish and she put my flip flops on before they were dry and smudged my nail!
It was all very uncomfortable. To be honest I’m not happy with the though if anyone else going here where the therapists are clearly under qualified.
