Not too difficult to find and a really welcoming atmosphere. I was greeted on arrival by a lovely lady. Everything was explained to me and the process was extremely simply. I’m not sure why people were expecting HD brows as it clearly states that’s not what these are, however I am very impressed with how they turned out.

I just had a trim, but felt overall it was good. I had to ask for more to be cut off on one side as it wasn't level but after that was sorted it was all good.
