A really harsh and quite painful pedicure, would like to complain - hate to do this. But my skin around the nail is all red and cut, bled on my way home. Wasn’t a relaxing treaatment at all.

The hairdresser didn’t sit me down to discuss what I wanted... just washed my hair with cold water, sat me down and said she’d cut X amount of inches off. Didn’t say a word to me during the cut. It looked okay, but I didn’t dare ask for anything too complex because there wasn’t any communication. All the other hairdressers seemed lovely and chatty with their clients, maybe I just got unlucky.
