Had a mani and spa pedi and it was amazing! So relaxing and staff are so lovely. Finished with gel I left feeling brand new!

The back and shoulders part of the massage was excellent, I found it thorough, relaxing and felt relieved of tension for days. I found the head massage itself too rough and not relaxing.
Gagan was friendly and welcoming, however, she kept speaking and asking questions during the head massage which took away any relaxation. She then started pointing out flaws I have, such as blackheads, uneven eyebrows and dandruff in order to try to upsell other treatments. I will not be returning.

I have had Shellac nails done by Priya several times now and have always been happy with the results. She is professional, friendly and welcoming and is very good at her job.
One of my nails chipped 2 days afterwards (I was moving furniture), and I went back to get it fixed for free before my holiday. It was fixed by another lady who was lovely, but the job was much better done by Priya.

The access to the venue is a bit bleak but the studio itself is fine. Great gel manicure still in pristine condition almost a week on. The therapist was chatty and lovely. Appreciated the tea.
