Treatments started 50 minutes late, the hairdresser allowed a student to colour my hair without asking for my permission (very unprofessional and was poorly done) if a student is doing your hair, you pay less. I paid full price for this. Mask wearing was not good and there were both employees and clients crying in the salon. Not very good service

Statement Beauty were amazing. Felt really looked after and the facials were amazing. They accommodated our needs and made us feel as relaxed as possible! They are really good at what they do and we will definitely be back!!
