I was booked with another stylist but she had taken a private booking for the same time. The other stylists were really embarrassed and apologetic about the issue; several offered to do my hair instead. Ria listened to my hair ideas and suggested what would look best. She was attentive and friendly, making sure I was happy with the results. Ria managed to turn my situation there to a successful one.
