Booked my pedicure for 4:30pm but it didn’t start until 4:50. I asked for a gel french and was told that was fine but when it came to it I was told the white gel was too dry. At this point another appointment came in and was told they were running late so I was asked if I could wait, at which point I said no and the lady carried on. another member of staff who was carrying out the other treatment to do the french pedicure so I was waiting for a further 10 minutes. No masks worn very unhappy.

The girls are alway so accommodating I'm always offered a cup of tea and the treatments are alway good quality

Absolutely loved the result of my brow lamination, I was worried the result would be too fluffy but Monika did them perfectly, they look so much fuller but they still look so natural! She was so careful with the tinting aswell as I did not want them too dark. The results are genuinely perfect and I will definitely come back.
