It was an excellent experience. I loved how Monica's treatment was gentel, relaxing and at the same time deep and refreshing. Once I finished, I called my friend immediately to advice her to book with Monica. I can't recommend her any more as she is an outstanding.

The removal hurt a lot and I was left with quite a few scratches on my nails. Also there was still some gel left.

Booked my pedicure for 4:30pm but it didn’t start until 4:50. I asked for a gel french and was told that was fine but when it came to it I was told the white gel was too dry. At this point another appointment came in and was told they were running late so I was asked if I could wait, at which point I said no and the lady carried on. another member of staff who was carrying out the other treatment to do the french pedicure so I was waiting for a further 10 minutes. No masks worn very unhappy.
