On arrival monika was very polite but seemed nervous kept asking if I had a picture and was the colour right that I requested, added colour to hair as requested but then was no hot water to wash my colour off!! 10mins later someone came to fix the problem ,then monika choose to straighten my naturally curly hair yes I should of said something but I just wanted to get out of there 2hours duration for an hours booking when I got home on checking my colour noticed 1/2 inch gap of no colour to the rootsnevergoingthereforhaircolouringagainevenatareducedprice
