Didn't know what she was doing.
I looked better before I walked in.
Didn't want to take my voucher after I told them I was using a voucher when i made the booking. My hair looked a mess when I left. I felt rushed & not looked after. I wasn't even ofter a glass of water. Terrible experience. Will never return.
