Will never use this service again. Gave a voucher to my husband for Christmas. When he used the vouchers a few months later, he booked and told them he had e vouchers. On arrival the staff made him feel uncomfortable about using these and argued that there was further payment to be made despite being prepaid in full. I had to argue this and finally they agreed everything had been pre paid. Got his treatments but ruined experience. Thanks very much, not really the experience you want to give with a present. Avoid if you have sense.

Extremely friendly staff. Very nice atmosphere. Very relaxing massage. Got lots of compliments for my hair style. Would definitely recommend it.
Venue was quite drab and dirty. Needs to new towels. The staff were friendly but not engirely welcoming but they got the job done

I have done my eyebrows yesterday and I m extremely happy she is too good.even she was trying to make my mind happy as I ws getting scared because it ws my first time.I ll definitely go there again she looked pretty awesome and professional and it's cheaper as well just £4. I think you should go statement hair&beauty for every single treatment because I have done my wexin and nails before they are too professional and friendly.
That was the best treatment I have ever had . It was so lovely and relaxing you would defently want to go there
