I had a really good experience at Statement. The staff were very friendly and polite. The treatments (waxing and threading) were both great and I was really happy with the results. I will definitely go back.

It was very good, and the staff were nice, but as soon as I walked out the henna smudged quite badly which was quite upsetting considering all the work the staff put in to produce the beautiful design, regardless I thought after taking a shower it look ok, which was very good.

Nice clean salon, very friendly staff nothing too much trouble. Really good value for money. Went for HD brows and a pedicure Will be booking again

The salon is nice, clean, it's in a good location and the therapist was relatively friendly.
I booked in to have HD Brows, I did a lot of research on HD Brows before making the appointment so I was pretty aware of what I should be getting. Unfortunately I didn't get HD Brows, the therapist didn't use any HD Brow branded products, didn't follow the 7 steps of HD Brows, and I didn't see a HD Brows qualification certificates anywhere.
The brows themselves were too dark for my skin tone and hair colour (I am really fair), and they didn't match and had gaps. The appointment was for 45 minutes (standard time for HD Brows) but it was just about 20 minutes.
If you are looking to have your eyebrows threaded, shaped or tinted then this is a nice place to go and being the centre of Southampton makes it really easy to get too. But if you are looking for HD Brows, then I would look else where because although being advertised as HD Brows they are not authentic HD Brows.
