Second time I had Hollywood and first time had eyebrow threading in Statement H and B.
I has the same experience as first time. The girls are very attentive friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
I also had a cream as a present after commenting how delicious it smelt and how quickly it soothed my skin as I have very sensitive skin.
Prices are really great as well

Really lovely hairdressers, I got some really honest advice about my hair (as it was in a pretty poor state) and my hair is looking much better after it was cut. Booked in two weeks for a Head Spa - really looking forward to it. Will be going back here from now on!!
This is a lovely spacious salon with wonderful decor. Jazz the beautician is a lovely girl and the manicure and pedicure I received was amazing. I got offered plenty of refreshments. Will definitely go back next time I'm in the area.

Had a good haircut on my first visit, and decided to go for a second one which turns out to be quite dissapointed. The girl who did my hair for the first time was on holiday (should've called first, my bad). So had to go for the other hairdresser which turns out to be not so good. Let's just say the least professional hairdresser I've encountered so far :(
