It was a lovely little hairdressers! The lady who cut my hair was so lovely and attentive, she put in a lot of effort to make sure that I was comfortable and that my hair was just how I wanted it. She cut just the right amount too, so my hair is the perfect length! Plus it was amazing value for money. Just nice and simple. I'll definitely be going back!
I loved the end result but there are some improvements which this salon can make:
1. Time management - the staff overbooked some slots and had to ask a lot of people to wait more than an hour for their appointments. They had my slot wrong as well although I booked in advance.
2. Cleanliness - the salon looks very old and dirty. The pictures are misleading.
3. Staff -sometimes they seemed too uncertain and clumsy. Maybe it was just a bad day but the lady who cut my hair scratched my eye lid with the brush and did not even notice.
The good things about the salon are its location, which is very central, and the price. And as said above, the end result actually looks okay.

I had an excellent experience, and it was very good value for money. I will definitely return to statement hair and beauty if I decide to keep my hair this length.

Salon is clean every time i visit, and staff is really friendly and henna tattoo are amazing.I definitely visit again.
