i had my hd eyebrows done from here on saturday, great results, friendly staff, definitely recommend it, i award it 5 stars for brows and i got my henna tatoo done, really happy with it :)
I have come here 3 times now and every visit has been better than the last.
Truly a great experience. I have been to many salons in the past, but none of these
exceeded the experience I was expecting. Until I started going to Statement Hair &
Beauty Salon. My first visit I was approached and warm welcomed instantly by
Anna, one of the beauticians. She even offered me a cold or hot beverage. I was only planning to get my hair cut. But after getting my hair cut I was overwhelmed by the
temptation to get my eyebrows threaded and a deep tissue massage. And all this was under £45! Since then I have been here twice and had the same treatment, and intend to go again this weekend. I have recommended this salon to many of my friends and family and will continue to do so. Just want to say thank you to the staff at Statement Hair and Beauty for the best treatment I have ever had and the fantastic hospitality! See you this weekend!
Worst haircut ever! Inexperienced and unprofessional staff who clearly did not know what they were doing. Paid for wash and dry which I never received and they didnt even have anyone to cut hair, so this website should not have allowrd a booking if the person was on holiday!

I have to say I totally disagree with the negative comment about Statement Hair & Beauty and can't believe they are talking about the Salon I recently discovered. I have tried most of the respectable salons in Southampton over the years but never have been truly happy with the results. A family friend recently recommended Statement Hair & Beauty to me and after checking the salon's website out I made an appointment to have my hair cut and coloured. I was welcomed with a very friendly and professional receptionist who showed me to the waiting area. My Stylist introduced herself and I immediately felt in safe and professional hands. She listened and produced exactly what I was after. The whole experience was relaxing, enjoyable and I felt so special by the friendly team. I've also visited the beauty side and the treatment was amazing. I'm so happy to have found a five star salon, which is reasonably priced and offer an excellent service. You have to go for yourself, it really is so good! They have some really good promotions expecially. Enjoy!!
Will never use this service again. Gave a voucher to my husband for Christmas. When he used the vouchers a few months later, he booked and told them he had e vouchers. On arrival the staff made him feel uncomfortable about using these and argued that there was further payment to be made despite being prepaid in full. I had to argue this and finally they agreed everything had been pre paid. Got his treatments but ruined experience. Thanks very much, not really the experience you want to give with a present. Avoid if you have sense.
