I was able to get an appointment the same day as I booked, lovely clean salon and the staff were very friendly and professional. I was really happy with all the treatments and will definitely go there again.

Not a good experience. I visited with my cousin who was wanting eyelash inserts and I was having shellac on my nails.
The eyelash inserts were a total disaster. It took 10 minutes, and she was left covered in glue with eyelashes sticking out at odd angles. She was not happy with their work so asked for them to be removed resulting in very painful and red puffy eyes. After seeing the manager, the manager removed the eye lashes and helped to soothe her painful eyes. The girl who did her eyes was clearly inexperienced and did not know what she was doing, she was abrupt almost to the point of rude and didn't see that there was a problem with her work.
The manicure was not the most professional I have had. I had one girl attempt to file my nails but dud an awful job, then someone else took over and did the most bizarre gel manicure I have ever had, with additional and unnecessary steps. The glitter tips look like chunks of plastic which I will be removing. Will not be back.
I was sceptical at first, also as the lady who did my haircut did not speak very good English, so we couldn't really communicate, however, my haircut was great.
