I totally love my haircut and the place is great!The lady was really nice, effective and professional.
Ladies' Haircuts
from start to finish my experience was awful, the lady did not acknowledge me at first and i had to ask where i could leave my coat, the water was boiling and i was in a awkward position for my hair wash (she had barely spoke two words to me already) she kept pulling my ears with the comb roughly (i have small ears so no excuse) she cut my hair totally different to how i asked, again there was no chit chat all teh way through, the place was also freezing so much so the lady doing my hair was wearing a scarf. at the end she asked if i would like to look at the back which i replied no i just want to go now.... another lady asked if i was okay and i said no and explained how awful it had all been, i still paid with barely an apology, i was very upset with my haircut
