Devastated I had below shoulder length hairI went in for a trim and came out with a Bob cut and lady who cut my hair didn't listen to me at all and I am so sad with my hair when I explained to them there was no apology even. I would avoid them for sure it seems that chrisse wasnt a morning person and result is my hair I'm really very upset

Staff were running around, complaining about finishing times initially so I didn't actually start either treatment on time.
Massage was lovely- would rzccomend to a friend and it was good value. I will never go here again for waxing treatments- the girl was in a rush to get out, stripped hair off in any direction, didn't know what a Brazilian was- which should be everything front to back gone aside from a small strip on the front. When asked if she would finish the wax she made it seem as if she was doing the favour. Did not know any techniques to relieve pain such as stretching parts of the skins or applying pressure post strip- she kept going over sections multiple times which left me very swollen, red and sore. The next day I had burns all down below and scanning. My vagina currently looks like Patrick from spongebob square pants has attempted to tan in oil and is now scabbing and flaking left right and centre! Not great when your boyf is getting back after a month! It was done really quickly, however, to add insult to injury, she left loads of hair which given the outcome, is irritating- nobody goes through the pain from waxing just to see hair! All of this could have been fine if she tweezed The odd stubborn hairs instead of going over and over with the wax. She didn't ask me how the temperature was, looked miserable and tried to tell me that a Brazilian doesn't include the back. I'm sorry but have been getting Brazilians for 7 years now and sometimes they'll even wax a little extra for no cost dépendant on what the customer wants. Tried a new place as the massage wax combo seemed like good value for money. Truth learned, you pay for what you get. Eastern Arts will be the only place I go from now on.
