Awful experience. They used strip wax for a Hollywood bikini wax which was painful and left my skin red raw. I had bruising for days and it was sore and uncomfortable to walk. I've alway had hot wax on my bikini line but they don't do it there. The room wasn't clean and I could see hairs, that weren't mine stuck to a pair of tweezers. However the staff were lovely. I will not be returning!!!!!

Great cut! Susan understood what I wanted and styled my hair well. She checked at each point that I was happy with the lengths she was about to cut which was reassuring.

Understaffed and overworked, poor women who did my colour had no time to even think! Hair cut by another women was very poor indeed, not straight or even. Will be getting it re-done else where.
