The nail technician doing my shellac nails was extremely rushed on them. She did not file them nicely and I had to ask her multiple times to fix all my nails. Eventually I had to stop asking because I didn’t want to seem rude. The shellac application was relatively well done, but again - I felt I was just being rushed out.
I had to go back home and file some of my nails to their proper shape that I had initially asked for.
Overall though, the staff and ambience was nice and the place was very clean and well kept.
Hence the 4/5 starts.
