Very lovely. However, during the massage you can hear people getting their hair dryed, alongside the loud music coming from the television - which doesn't encourage a relaxing atmosphere.

They called on the day to rearrange the time of the booking which fortunately I was able to be flexible about. The appointment was satisfactory and the staff were very pleasant and polite.
