very nice salon, the staff are lovely and once inside the salon is nice (it's just the outside area & stairwell that's slightly off putting).
I'll use again as hair & eyebrows are both very good.

appointment was late by 30mins, venue didn't seem very clean and then when I picked my jacket up off the floor to leave there was wax on the wall which came off on my coat - I was gutted. the whole appointment lasted 5 minutes and I have never felt pain like it before !!

Statement hair & beauty is a lovely warm and welcoming salon I felt I clicked straight away with Ria and I'm so happy with my colour It is exactly how I like it and more ! Can't recommend statement more highly and I look forward to trying the Beauty treatments too .

It's the first time I've had anything waxed let alone an intimate area so I as quite nervous. The service was quick and the staff are polite. I wish I'd had a bit more advice on after care as I have very sensitive skin and didn't expect to be so tender and sore.
